Shipping policy
US orders
Aletha Inc. offers free ground shipping in the continental United States on orders of $75 or more (in USD). Orders under $75 (in USD) will require a shipping fee paid by the customer.
International orders
International orders will require a shipping fee paid by the customer. Regular and expedited shipping options and cost will be offered to the international customer at checkout. We collect VAT and other international duties and taxes at checkout only for customers located in the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and Australia. International customers not located in these countries or regions are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes when they collect their package from the shipping company or post office.
Shipping and delivery times
Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before shipping. All products ordered will ship together whenever possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the package leaves our facility.
United States (Contiguous 48 States)
US standard ground shipping can take up to 10-14 business days after processing.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands), or APO/FPO addresses are not considered contiguous U.S. shipments and may require air or combined air/ground transport. As a result, delivery times are often longer than standard ground estimates for the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options, when available, do not guarantee faster delivery to these locations.
International Shipping
International shipping can take up to or more than 30 business days. International expedited shipping can take up to or more than 10-14 business days.
Delivery Estimates
We cannot guarantee delivery times. While we process and ship orders promptly, transit times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, location, customs clearance, and third-party carrier delays. All delivery timeframes are estimates provided for reference only.
Wrong address
Aletha Inc. cannot be responsible for misshipments if the shipping address provided was entered incorrectly or provided incorrectly by the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the new package (subject to a minimum reshipment fee of $10). Reach out to us at hello@alethasupport.com to request a new package or refund.
