Range

Headaches, neck tension, shoulder strain - it's often the same three muscles driving all of it. The Range is the Secondary Core™ system: clinical precision you can use at home.

DESCRIPTION

Created by a physical therapist, the Range targets the muscles behind headaches, poor posture, and limited neck, jaw, and shoulder mobility, the upper trapezius, pectoralis minor, and suboccipitals. Its three angled tips mimic a therapist’s fingers, giving you clinical-level precision at home.

Tight hips pull tension up the entire chain. Add desk work, screen time, and chronic stress, and your upper body pays the price. The Range addresses where that tension ultimately lands.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?

The upper trapezius, suboccipitals, and pectoralis minor are the three muscles most responsible for tension headaches, neck stiffness, and shoulder strain. When these muscles stay tight, relief from massage, stretching, and heat remains temporary. The Range gives you clinical-depth access to all three, at home, on your schedule.

What's your body telling you?

Tension in 3 overlooked muscles may be the source of discomfort, restriction, or pain.

UPPER TRAPEZIUS

The upper trapezius is a large muscle that runs from the base of your skull down to the top of your shoulder. When the neck and shoulders are pulled forward, the upper trap develops tension. That tension restricts the natural rotation of your shoulder blade, which your arm depends on to lift fully overhead.

SUBOCCIPITALS

80% of your neck rotation starts at the base of your skull. That tight feeling is likely your suboccipital muscles, a small group of muscles where your neck meets your head. Modern technology use shortens these muscles over time. When they're tense, they limit how far you can turn, and they're one of the most common hidden causes of headaches.

PECTORALIS MINOR

That forward shoulder isn't just a posture habit; it's usually a muscle problem. The pec minor, a small muscle deep in your chest, attaches directly to the front of your shoulder. When it tightens, it physically pulls the shoulder forward. Left unchecked, tension in this muscle can contribute to shoulder pain, neck pain, and reduced mobility when lifting your arms overhead.
