How should I expect my pre-owned Hip Hook or Range to arrive?
Your pre-owned Hip Hook or Range will ship in a padded bubble mailer, NOT our standard retail packaging.
The mailer will contain a card with a QR code that will take you to our how-to page.
If you order BOTH a pre-owned Hip Hook and a pre-owned Range, both bubble mailers will be placed inside a box.

What does it mean when you say final sale?
This pre-owned Hip Hook and/or Range is final sale. This means that it can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@alethasupport.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out.
What is covered under the 1-year warranty?
Pre-owned Hip Hook and Range units are covered by our 1-year warranty for defects that affect how the device works, such as:
- A broken or cracked handle (Hip Hook only)
- A pivot piece that breaks or comes off (Hip Hook only)
- Any other part that breaks, detaches, or stops working as designed
Not covered:
- Cosmetic marks, including scrapes, scratches, scuffs, and stains
- A base plate that sits slightly crooked or shifted (Hip Hook only)
- Normal wear from use
- Damage from misuse, drops, or modifications
