How should I expect my pre-owned Hip Hook to arrive?
Your pre-owned Hip Hook will ship in a padded bubble mailer, NOT our standard retail packaging. The mailer will contain a card with a QR code that will take you to our how-to page.
If you order both a pre-owned Hip Hook and a pre-owned Range, both bubble mailers will be placed inside a box.

Not covered:
- Cosmetic marks, including scrapes, scratches, scuffs, and stains
- A base plate that sits slightly crooked or shifted
- Normal wear from use
- Damage from misuse, drops, or modifications
